Bangladesh Police Constable Job Circular 2021. The new recruitment notification will be published in June this year. This time some changes will be made in the educational and physical qualifications for applying for the post of constable. According to the Human Resource Management Branch of the police, the preparations for publishing the recruitment notification are almost at the final stage. Once some of the issues are finalized, the recruitment notice will be published in mid-June.

- For several years, the criteria for applying for the post of constable was to pass the SSC or equivalent examination with a minimum GPA-2.5. ঢাকা: ট্রেইনি রিক্রুট কনস্টেবল (টিআরসি) পদে প্রায় ১০ হাজার কনস্টেবল নেবে বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ। আসছে জুন মাসেই নতুন নিয়োগের এ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হবে।
পুলিশ সদর দফতর সূত্র জানায়, এবার পুলিশের কনস্টেবল পদে আবেদনের জন্য শিক্ষাগত ও শারীরিক যোগ্যতায় কিছুটা পরিবর্তন আনা হতে পারে।
গত কয়েক বছর ধরে কনস্টেবল পদে আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রার্থীর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড ছিল ন্যূনতম জিপিএ-২.৫ সহ এসএসসি বা সমমানের পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হওয়া। তবে এবার আবেদনের যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড কিছুটা বাড়িয়ে নূন্যতম এইচএসসি করা হতে পারে। তবে বিষয়টি এখনও চূড়ান্ত হয়নি।
এছাড়া, এবার নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে উচ্চতা ও বুকের মাপে কিছুটা পরিবর্তন আনা হতে পারে। এতদিন পুরুষদের কনস্টেবল হওয়ার জন্য উচ্চতা কমপক্ষে ৫ ফুট ৬ ইঞ্চি ও নারীদের জন্য ৫ ফুট ২ ইঞ্চি ছিল। এবার নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে নারীদের উচ্চতার মানদণ্ড ৫ ফুট ৪ ইঞ্চি করা হতে পারে। আর আবেদনকারীদের বয়স হতে হবে ১৮ থেকে ২০ বছর।
পুলিশের মানবসম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনা শাখা সূত্র জানায়, নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশের প্রস্তুতি প্রায় শেষ পর্যায়ে। কয়েকটি বিষয় চূড়ান্ত হলে জুন মাসের মাঝামাঝি সময়েই নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হবে।
সংশ্লিষ্টরা জানান, ২০২০ সালের শেষের দিকে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার কথা ছিল। তবে করোনার প্রাদুর্ভাব এবং যোগ্যতা সংক্রান্ত কিছু মানদণ্ড নির্ধারণের কারণে তা পিছিয়ে যায়। এ নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া জুনে শুরু হয়ে প্রায় দুই মাস চলমান থাকবে।
পুলিশ সদর দফতরের এক কর্মকর্তা জানান, নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া শুরুর প্রস্তুতি প্রায় শেষ পর্যায়ে। নিয়োগবিধিতে কিছুটা সংশোধন আনা হচ্ছে, তবে তা এখনো অনুমোদিত হয়নি। সংশোধনী অনুমোদন ও প্রশাসনিক প্রক্রিয়া শেষ করে জুন মাসের মধ্যেই নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি দেওয়া হবে।
স্বচ্ছতা ও তদবির কমাতে নিয়োগবিধিতে বিভিন্ন সংশোধনী আনা হচ্ছে। নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আবেদনের ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা দেওয়া থাকবে। তবে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতায় যারা এগিয়ে তাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশ পুলিশে প্রায় ২ লাখ ১০ হাজারের মতো ফোর্স রয়েছে। ২০১৯ সালে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা ধাপে ধাপে আরো ৫০ হাজার পুলিশ সদস্য নিয়োগের নির্দেশনা দেন।
