Terms of employment
- The workplace in those positions will be any area of Bangladesh. All the candidates for the post of Loan Officer who is willing to be interviewed at Dhaka Uttara Branch along with the Director, HRM & PMEL, CSS Uttara Branch, House No-26, Road No-11, Sector-4, Uttara Model Town, Uttara, Dhaka- Address The application must be sent.
- Candidates who wish to be interviewed at CSS Head Office along with candidates for posts No. 1 and 2 along with Director, HRM Tand PMEL, CSS Head Office, 180-181 Jalma Old Ferry Ghat Road, Jalma, Batiaghata, Khulna should send the application to this address.
- Attested photocopy of 2 copies of passport size photograph along with CV, National Identity Card, Certificate of Educational Qualification and Experience, and other required documents should be attached with the application form.
- 30 days leave per annum and 12 days leave per year can be reserved against which financial benefits are provided at the end of the service, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha and Durga Puja every year 08 days / 1 week leave in each episode, credit allowance, Distance Allowance, Mobile Bill, 1 Festival Allowance equal to Total Salary, Boishakhi Allowance, Picnic Allowance, Staff Assistance Fund, Education Assistance Fund, Insurance Benefit, PF, Gachuity Benefit, Annual Increment, Motorcycle Fuel Bill Payment, Male Staff Fee Housing Benefit. Moreover paternity and maternity leave where applicable.
