- নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারের প্রচলিত বিধি-বিধান ও কোটা নীতি অনুসরণ করা হবে এবং পরবর্তীতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিধি-বিধানে কোন সংশোধন হলে তা অনুসরণ করা হবে।
- নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির ১নং থেকে ২নং ক্রমিকে বর্ণিত পদের জন্য মোট ১১২/- (একশত বার) টাকা [পরীক্ষার ফি ১০০/- এবং টেলিটকের সার্ভিস চার্জ ১২/- টাকা] ৩ থেকে নং ক্রমিকে বর্ণিত পদের জন্য মোট ৫৬/- টাকা [পরীক্ষার ফি ৫০/- এবং টেলিটকের সার্ভিস চার্জ ৬/- টাকা] জমা দিতে হবে।
- প্রার্থী কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত কোনো তথ্য বা দাখিলকৃত কাগজপত্র জাল, মিথ্যা বা বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে চাওয়া ন্যুনতম শর্তের সাথে অসামঞ্জস্য পাওয়া গেলে, ভুয়া প্রমাণিত হলে কিংবা পরীক্ষায় নকল বা অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রার্থীর প্রার্থিতা বাতিল করা হবে এবং তীর বিরুদ্ধে যথাযথ আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
- ভুল তথ্য/ জাল কাগজপত্র প্রদর্শিত হলে পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ যে কোন প্রার্থীর প্রার্থিতা পরীক্ষা চলাকালীন অথবা পরবর্তীতে যে কোন সময়ে বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করেন।
- লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীগণকে ফলাফল প্রকাশের পর নির্দেশিত সময়ের মধ্যে নিম্নোক্ত সনদ/কাগজপত্রের ফটোকপি গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা, কমপক্ষে ৯ম গ্রেড কর্তৃক সত্যায়ন করে ১ (এক) সেট জেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কার্যালয়ে সরাসরি/ডাকযোগে/কুরিয়ারে জমা দিতে হবে।
