আবেদন করার নিয়মাবলি ও শর্তাবলি
- প্রার্থী অনলাইনে পূরণকৃত আবেদনপত্রের একটি রঙ্গিন প্রিন্ট কপি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যে কোন প্রয়োজনের সহায়ক হিসেবে সংরক্ষণ করবেন।
- ২৫/০৩/২০২০ পর্যন্ত প্রার্থীদের সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমা এবং ৩১/১০/২০২১ তারিখ পর্যন্ত প্রার্থীদের সর্বনিম্ন বয়সসীমা নির্ধারিত হবে। সাধারণ প্রার্থীদের সর্বোচ্চ ও সর্বনিয় বয়সসীমা ১৮-৩০ বছর। মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা এবং শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধীর ক্ষেত্রে বয়সসীমা ১৮-৩২ বছর।
- আবেদনকারী যদি কোন তথ্য গোপন করে এবং পরবর্তীতে তা শনাক্ত হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আইনানুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং নিয়োগাদেশ বাতিল করা হবে। নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারের বিদ্যমান বিধি-বিধান ও কোটানীতি এবং পরবর্তীতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিধি- বিধানে কোনরূপ সংশোধন হলে তা অনুসরণ করা হবে।
- বিভাগীয় প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়সসীমা ৪০ বছর পর্যন্ত শিথিলযোগ্য। উল্লেখ্য, বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয় ক্যাডার বহির্ভূত গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা এবং নন-গেজেটেড কর্মচারী নিয়োগ বিধিমালা, ২০১৪ অনুযায়ী নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত বা নিয়োজিত কর্মচারীগণ বিভাগীয় প্রার্থী হিসেবে গণ্য হবেন।
- চাকরিরত প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং উক্ত প্রার্থীদের মন্ত্রণালয়/বিভাগ/অধিদপ্তর/সংস্থার ছাড়পত্র সাক্ষাৎকারের সময় দাখিল করতে হবে। অন্যথায় সাক্ষাতকার গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
- মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় আবেদনকারীকে (ক) শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সকল সনদপত্র (খ) ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ চেয়ারম্যান/পৌরসভা চেয়ারম্যান/সিটি কর্পোরেশনের কমিশনার/মেয়র কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত নাগরিকত্ব সনদপত্র (গ) জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র/জন্ম নিবন্ধনপত্রসহ প্রযোজ্য অন্যান্য সনদ/প্রত্যয়নপত্রের মূলকপি সাথে আনতে হবে।
- তাছাড়া কোটাধারীদের উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদপত্র প্রদর্শন করতে হবে এবং আবেদনকারী মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা, পুত্র-কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা হলে আবেদনকারী যে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা, পুত্র- কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা এ মর্মে সংশ্লিষ্ট ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান/সিটি কর্পোরেশনের ওয়ার্ড কাউন্সিলর/ পৌরসভার মেয়র/পৌরসভার কাউন্সিলর কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদপত্র দাখিল করতে হবে।
Terms and Conditions of Application
Candidates will save a color-printed copy of the application form filled online as an aid for any requirement related to the examination.
The maximum age limit of the candidates will be fixed till 25/03/2020 and the minimum age limit of the candidates till 31/10/2021. The maximum and minimum age limit of general candidates is 18-30 years. The age limit for freedom fighters, sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyrs, and the physically challenged is 18-32 years.
If the applicant conceals any information and it is later identified, legal action will be taken and the appointment order will be revoked. In case of recruitment, the existing rules and regulations of the government and any amendment in the relevant rules and regulations will be followed later.
In the case of departmental candidates, the age limit can be relaxed up to 40 years. It may be mentioned that Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees outside the Bangladesh Secretariat cadre will be considered as departmental candidates.
Candidates for employment have to apply through the appropriate authority and such candidates have to submit the clearance letter of the Ministry / Division / Department / Agency during the interview. Otherwise, the interview will not be accepted.
During the oral examination, the applicant has to bring (a) all the certificates of educational qualification (b) the citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman / Municipality Chairman / Commissioner of City Corporation / Mayor along with the original copy of other applicable certificates/certificates including National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate.
Moreover, the quota holders have to show the certificate issued by the appropriate authority and if the applicant is a freedom fighter / son-daughter of a martyred freedom fighter, son-daughter of a freedom fighter / son-daughter of a martyred freedom fighter, son-daughter of the son/daughter of the concerned Union Parishad Certificate issued by the Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / Mayor of the Municipality / Councilor of the Municipality has to be submitted.
