Job Responsibilities

• Supervise proper functioning of ORS production and utility machineries and
• Ensure proper predictive and preventive maintenance of machineries.
• Ensure machineries can be started in shorted possible time in case of any breakdown
• Ensure availability of spares parts of Production and utility machineries.
• Manage and coach graded staff.
• Maintain proper documentation for ISO process and drug regulatory authority.

• Perform analysis to improve plant machineries output.
• Maintain the cost-benefit analysis of spare parts from machine manufacturing vs third party procurement.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 32 years
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali
