Terms of application

  • Age Limit Age Determination Date- All the candidates whose age is within the period specified on 30-09-2021 will be considered eligible to apply. However, those who have reached the maximum age on March 25, 2020, will also be eligible to apply for the year. In this case, the maximum age limit for sons and daughters of freedom fighters / martyrs and physically challenged will be 18-32 years.
  • Candidates for employment in government / semi-government and autonomous organizations will apply subject to the permission of the appropriate authority and will submit no-objection letter during the oral examination. In this case no advance copy will be accepted.
  • If the candidate is a son-daughter of a freedom fighter / martyr or son-daughter of a son-daughter, it should be clearly mentioned in the application form.
  • Candidates are required to submit one (01) attested photocopy of each of the original copies of the documents up to the following (Serial No. A to J) during the oral examination.
  • The applicant has to present the certificate issued by the concerned Ministry / Division, Chairman of the Union Parishad / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / Mayor of the Municipality / Councilor of the municipality to the effect that the child / children of the martyred freedom fighter or the son / daughter of the child / child.
  • If any information provided by the candidate or the submitted documents are proved to be fake, false or forged or forged or misused in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken against him. The Authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination in case of misrepresentation of information / forged documents.
  • The decision of the hiring authority on any matter relating to the recruitment test shall be final. The date and schedule of the written, oral and practical examination will be announced later through the daily newspaper and the website of the tax region.
  • Written, practical (where applicable) and oral examinations will be conducted for all the posts. Candidates who have passed the written and practical examination for the post of Short-Typical cum Computer Operator, Office Assistant cum Computer Typical will be considered eligible for the oral examination. Quotas will be maintained as per government policy. All types of policies will be followed in accordance with the latest circulars/policies issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
