Job Responsibilities:
- – Partner with the function to deploy the organization’s people agenda across the operation and playing a key role in establishing key metrics for achieving long-term People, Capability, and Capacity strategies.
- – Participate in business planning and ensure alignment of people agenda with business goals within the organization.
- – Enhance and develop the capability of employees within the function to deliver business objectives; manage & implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- – Lead change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
- – Maintain an external perspective, anticipates people trends, and translates it into strategy.
- – Lead resource planning, recruitment, development, and retention of key talents within the function to deliver business strategy and results in line with the Organization’s growth culture.
- –Collaborate with the business to create a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
- – Maintain effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization.
Key Education and Skill Requirements:
- – Graduation and/or Post-Graduation from a reputed recognized national/international institute.
- – 4+ years of working experience in HR Business Partnering/ in an FMCG organization.
- – Good people leadership skills with a strong understanding of team dynamics and capability development.
- –Action-oriented with the ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively impact and influence the different areas of the organization.
Eligibility of application:
Must have undergraduate and postgraduate passes from any recognized university. Must have 4 years experience in the related fields. Must have leadership qualities, ability to analyze and make decisions. The organization needs to work on implementing various business agendas. Must have experience in planning, recruitment, development work.
