- Assistant Vice President (AVP): Tk.1,35,000.00 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits.
- Senior Principal Officer (SPO): Tk.1,10,000.00 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits.
- Principal Officer (PO): Tk.1,00,000.00 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits.
- Senior Officer (SO): Tk.80,000.00 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits.
- Officer: Tk.50,000.00 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits.
